What We Do
Heart of the Rockies Outfitters, Inc provides guided hunting adventures in Colorado’s majestic Rocky Mountains. While we primarily offer hunts in the sought after Colorado Hunting Units S8, S9, S20, we are also licensed to hunt in many other units for deer and elk, Give us a call to see if we guide in your drawn unit. We also offer hunts on private land. We specialize in big horn sheep, elk, deer, antelope and turkey.
About the Hunt
All of our big game hunts are 5 day hunts unless other arrangements are made. We hunt wild game only. All hunts are fair chase only (no fences here). Heart of the Rockies Outfitters, Inc will put you in some of the best game units that Southern Colorado has to offer.
Our elk areas are in 4-point or better game units, increasing your chances of taking a mature bull elk.
The terrain that you will be hunting varies from lower meadows to stands of aspen and dark timber to high mountain peaks. We understand physical limitations and do all that we can to put you in the best spot that your limits will allow.
Success!
